I am thrilled to announce that I have accepted a job offer from Shawano School District. I will be their sole LMS in charge of 4 libraries. I am excited, yet nervous, about this challenge! I can't wait to see the libraries and get to work!!
Any suggestions and helpful hints from those who have more than one library? I don't have the particulars about how my time is to be split.
Congrats Pam, I know this must be quite a relief for you. I bet you are glad that. You won't have to travel too far. We can talk after our last class and I can give you some tips then.

Congrats! I'm in charge of four libraries in two districts so I know it can be a challenge. However, for me I have discovered some unique resource sharing ideas and ways to make the buck stretch farther!

ReplyDeleteWorking in more than one school can be challenging, but it also has some opportunities; I hope Janel will share some of her discoveries with us all!
Congratulations!!! I've had the experience of working in 2 media centers. The bulk of my time was remodeling them all after replacing a lady who retired. Hopefully the teachers are very cooperative and flexible :)
